4 Tea Store

This full retail fit-out was completed for 4Tea Bubble Tea in Stellenbosch, where the project began with a complete strip-out of the existing space. All previous finishes, fittings, ceilings, flooring, and services were carefully removed to create a clean foundation, allowing us to rebuild the store entirely from scratch.

From structural adjustments to final finishes, every element of the store was newly installed. The layout was redesigned to optimize workflow behind the counter while creating an inviting and efficient customer flow. New ceilings, bulkheads, and wall finishes were constructed to give the space a fresh, contemporary feel. Modern lighting was installed throughout, including feature lighting and strategically placed fixtures to highlight the counter area and enhance the overall ambience.

Custom-built counters, display units, and service areas were crafted to align with the brand’s identity, combining practicality with a sleek, modern aesthetic. Updated electrical work, plumbing, and flooring were completed to ensure both functionality and durability in a high-traffic retail environment.

The end result is a fully transformed, modern bubble tea store — bright, clean, and welcoming — designed to reflect the vibrant energy of the brand while delivering a polished and professional retail space from floor to ceiling.
