Hermanus sits on the Overberg coast. Kommetjie and Fish Hoek are peninsula. Bloubergstrand and Melkbosstrand sit on the west-coast side of the metro. Each site is specified on its own terms.

Balau on the coast

The Bloubergstrand project is a Balau balustrade with stainless-steel cable infill. The Melkbosstrand project is a Balau staircase. Those are those jobs — not every coastal deck is Balau.

Residential coastal decks

House Naude, House Mateo, House Cronje and House Le Roux are completed coastal or near-coastal residential decks. Timber is specified from each site.

Walkways at the water

Spinnaker Lagoon Beach in Milnerton is walkway and beach-edge timber — circulation timber, not a private garden deck.

No. The service area is Cape Town and the Western Cape, including Winelands estates and northern suburbs.

Is Jeffreys Bay in the Western Cape?

The lake-view deck at Jeffreys Bay is in the Eastern Cape. Cape Town and the Western Cape remain the main service area.
