Project

Introduction

This full retail fit-out was completed for 4Tea Bubble Tea in Stellenbosch. The project began with a complete strip-out of the existing space so the store could be rebuilt from a clean foundation.

The work

The project

Previous finishes, fittings, ceilings, flooring and services were removed. The layout was redesigned for workflow behind the counter and customer flow. New ceilings, bulkheads and wall finishes were constructed, with lighting including feature lighting to the counter. Custom-built counters, display units and service areas were crafted to the brand. Updated electrical work, plumbing and flooring were completed for a high-traffic retail environment.

How it was resolved

The approach

A documented hospitality and retail interior — not a garden deck. Stellenbosch street-front work sits alongside Boschendal estate timber in the same published commercial set, with a completely different brief.
